CLING Warranty Policy
Standard Items:
1. This warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the product only.
2. All the goods delivered by CLING will be of new manufacture and is in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the contract.
3. The bus air conditioners should be installed by professional engineers, CLING warrants only include the product but not its installations.
4. Repair or replacement will be carried out through CLING engineers, authorized representatives or specialized companies with previous written consent by Cling.
5. The warranty does not cover any accessories external to the system.
6. The CLING´s liability does not cover defects which are due to errors or omissions in documentation, materials or work which has been supplied or performed by the customer.
7. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing spare of part/s, which are found to be detective.
8. Certain service parts require periodic replacement based on usage and yield in order to maintain optimum performance of the units. These consumption parts are not included in the warranty.
9. This warranty service is not a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free functioning of the CLING product. Service does not include repair of failures caused by: misuse, negligence, accident, modification, improper maintenance by the Customer, damages due to causes beyond the control of CLING such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, etc.
10. Repair parts will be furnished on an exchange basis and will either be new, equivalent to new or reconditioned.
11. The warranty period covers 12 months from the date of leaving CLING’s facilities.(Subject to final contract between CLING and customers).
12. Standard 12 month warranty can be extended at customer request at a price or special terms which is agreed by both parties.
13. Any physical change intentionally made to the product, or any non- authorized installation done in the product by the customer will void coverage of CLING liability insurance, except those activities performed at customer´s premises in connection with the sale of the product.
14. In no event shall CLING be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage.
